Shipping & Delivery

The cost of shipping is charged separate from product/s but added to payment which is borne by customer kindly always fill up your delivery address properly in the space provided. The cost may vary based on the distance from our office. We are partnered with delivery companies Kwik.com.ng Deliveries for deliveries within Lagos & DHL for outside Lagos unless otherwise arranged or stated by the customer/s. Products will be packed and protected for deliveries to QC standard assured. Refund or replaced product/s shipping to our office is at the expenses of customer/s, whatever is shipped from our office is paid by us.

Quality of materials

We are assuring you of our product quality which comes from other parts of the world known best manufacturing standard and practice like us. Sometimes, during transit and production in bulk few error occur and we regret to admit but trust us to do a perfect replacement of broken, torn or defective products. please always notify us by mail or chat immediately you receive order to correct such anomalies.

Terms & Conditions

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds are made after a replacement of perfect product has been exhausted. Complete return requires receipt or proof of purchase.
